I have a 75 shot of nitrous and it never wants to work when i need it. I was racin my buddys thunderbird supercoupe and had my girl in the car and he had his and first race he beat me pretty good ways so im like oh ill hang with him this time and i turned on my bottle which was at about 900 a little less so we race and i let it shoot and he friggin smoked me and what made me mad was when i was racin i let go of the trigger and i went faster. Now i figure im runnin super rich. When I turned off the bottle and pushed it to clear the line i got a good boost and then it dropped off like it does. So what the heck is my friggin problem???

 

lo3 but seriously with a 75 shot you should of been able to take him. The things that will help that 75 shot work better are. Free flowing exuast, free flowing intake stuff, better flowing heads, and a bigger cam. Also the type of intake system you have is whats hurting. Get at least a carb.

 

Well I'm putting in ported tpi heads, lt1 cam, hooker headers 350 tbi with ultimate tbi mods and i might get a weiland intake. Ill get a catback once the cash comes along. My problem wasnt that though he beat me twice at the same distance if not more the second time. That supercoupe is no normal sc though he runs with 4th gen z-28s.
