Turbo questions for a 400

i am going home this weekend to work on my car and go look for parts at the local home depot. and i am finnally starting something, i cant wait.

1) What is the name of the tubing i need for the log portion, or can somebody recomend a thickness of a steel tubing?

2) Now this turbo setup will be on a 400 sbc. the turbo car projects i believe are mostly 350s. what would be a good turbo on an engine that would be 56 cubic inches bigger than their setup? From previous posts, (the sticky located at the top), I see a list of turbos: TEO4H, CT-26, and even using 2 gn turbos. this works for a 350, but are they big enough for a 400? or will i have to go bigger?

i am also gonna look for some books on turbos. i just am not too knowledgeable on this subject. thanks for the info

home depot has no steam pipe.

i found a catalog laying around that sells tubing, will 16 guage be too thin to handle a turbo? it is mild steel.

what about stainless??? i see alot of 16 guage stainless tubing in some catalogs.

in this months issue of super rod, there is a twin turbo small block that has 1370 hp. troy trepanier built it, and i guess it is for corvettes. how close is the camaro to the corvette in engine bay layout? but all i can say is that the engine is absolutely gorgeous. i just hope mine can look as good as that.
