What plugs to use for nitrous????
What are a good brand of nitrous plugs? The plugs will be going into a 355 SBC with a 100 shot of nitrous. Thanks!

Umm...
I have heard alot of good things about NGK. Just remember if you are running boost or nitrous do not use precious metal spark plugs. They store more heat and can cause detonation.
you are subpost to retard timming 5 degrees for every 50 horsepower, I think.
good luck

yes avoid platinum or other special metal plugs that use tiny slugs of "special" metal welded to the electrodes, also plugs with sharp electrodes that can cause hotspots, like the 4 tiny electrodes on the bosch +4's, also the splitfires, and the rapidires too although some still use them. Strangely, the U-groove accels and U-groove NGKs seem to do really well though.
Try some NGK UR5. Anything colder will affect your performance on motor. If there are O'Reilly Auto parts near you they carry them in stock. I am usually pretty good at recomending plugs if I know what your setup is. I've sold NGK plugs for just about any application you can think of, from 16 sec cars to 8 second cars. If you have any questions, I will be glad to answer any questions.

Yes, 2* of timing for every 50hp. NX claims their kit does not need this, but I do it anyways. I am running whatever it was that superceedes the FR1LS AC Delco plug. I can't remember the superceeding part # right now. This is 2 steps colder than the plug that originally came in my car.
