Supercharging on stock engine
Hello
I have a little modified 5,0 L03 TBI engine but no forged pistons no forged crank and ported stock heads. Will this engine survive supercharging or will I have to buy forged pistons or other stuff?

My car is basically the same way, and I supercharged it in May of 02'. Ran into coolig problems, till I made an air dam lift to bring air up from under the car into the radiator. I used ATI's P600B, which is an intercooled setup. This thing didnt give me any trouble till one day, the bolts on the pulley for the procharger came loose. I thought I blew the supercharger, but nothing was the matter, just the belt rubbin. Your car should be fine. I supercharged a stock lower end block that had 168,000 miles on it at the time. Oh, and if you wanna buy my setup, its for sale. Check my signiture.
