What would it cost to rebuild say a garret T3 turbo, seals and all that professionally? Thanks!

Well, for most common turbos look up bambev on ebay, she sells center sections for less then turbo city or others charge for rebuilding your parts (used to be $100, I think it's $125 now).

If you know how to do it yourself you can get the parts to do it for under $20, but if you knew how you'd know that....
