Nitrous: user friendly?

You hear all sorts of stories and rumors, but will a nitrous kit that is specifically made for the application and installed correctly hurt a stock engine? I realize it is how and how much you use it, but will a kit for an L98 TPI actyally hurt the motor with moderate use. Anyone out there using nitrous on a completly stock motor? Thanks.

if you are talking about a holley, NOS kit i have used the hell out of mine at 100 shot and every time i have been at the track i have used the 150 shot....i would say it is a very user friendly, i strongly recamend a Mastermind and a fuel presure safety switch but make sure you know how to set that switch it isn't just a bolt on, follow the fuel rules and enjoy the winning feel of real torque
