If you mean a TBI-style FI system on top of a roots that should be pretty easy to find. If someone wants to send me a complete TBI FI system I'll gladly put it on top of my blower!! You may not get it back, however.
If you mean a multi-port system shooting in fuel under the blower that's a much rarer animal.

You might want to check out BDS (Blower Drive Systems). Not sure of their URL but they should be easy to track down. They've been doing roots blowers since forever and could probably point you in the right direction.
