hmm... what he said but actually you're going to need a whole crapload of new stuff (including modifying your carb) the easiest way to do this with a carb is a roots blower

I agree, the easiest and most simple way is to use a roots blower.
With turbo's or centrifigal supercharger you have to boost reference your fuel pressure, make sure you have enough fuel flow, and do other various mods to the carb.
If using a roots blower, you basicly just bolt everything up and go. ( you also have to make sure you have enough fuel flow but almost all street/strip fuel pumps work better than great)

thats the thing i dont want a hole in my gta hood

what do u have to do to the carb to get it running without blowing up lol

carb fuel pressure should be 6-8 pounds correct

if running a blow through carb don't you need a box around the carb to make sure it doesn't bleed of boost or have the things sealed ?

Yup, you need a box like you said or you have to remove the choke and JB weld over where the rod connected to the blade of the choke so its all sealed up.
You also have to get new floats and something about adjusting pressure bleeders...
