just the procharger on the front of the motor?

Im thinking of building a rigid spacer to replace the serpentine bracket on the drivers side to mount my blower bracket to and mount just an alternator on the pass side. The alternator would be kind of low mounted as possible. My intention is to do away with all of the items on the front of the motor except the blower and alternator. I will run a electric waterpump, run no PS pump, air pump, ac compressor etc. anyone else done this? Thoughts on this?

No never seen it done. but I think it would work.

they do make a electric water pump with a free spining pulley on it so you could get a short belt and leave the alt where it is.

you'd have to make a tensioner for it some where.

Instead of a free pulley on the WP I figured a lowmount alt bracket an a very short belt just between the alt and crank no idler with the new alt bracket I can adjust the alt to tighten/loosen the belt.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. So a small (v belt?) for the alt and then the fat blower belt right? I can see it working fine.
