Would a Garrett T25 be a big enough turbo for 1.8 Liter engine thats looking to run 6 - 10 lbs of boost?

I just sold the T-25 from my Talon.
They are good for 15-18 PSI on a stock 2.0L engine before becoming inefficient. I must say, by redline it wasn't able to supply enough air and it would drop to about 13-14 PSI.
So. On a 1.8L engine only running 6-10 PSI, it would be perfect. They spool VERY quickly and can be found for very little money.

I’ve said it before here and I’ll say it again, it takes a bigger compressor to blow the same amount of air at a lower pressure, so just because a turbo will work at 20psi on one combination it doesn’t mean that it can still pump that same amount of air at 10psi.
