Carb Hats?!?!?!?!?!?? please help

Hi I have been lookng for carb hats everywhere. can someone please tell me where I can find them


Ps- I checked procharger.com and was unable to find them please help! thanx.

k&n makes a decent one, you just have to have it machined flat before you put boost through it.

the quality control on them is fair at best, normally when you blowthrough them, you should have the carb mounting flange of the bonnet machined flat to get a good seal, and keep from having a boost leak.

The K&N one was not designed for use in a boosted application, but where there isn’t enough room to mount a correct air filter and you need to relocate it someplace else. It’s not tall enough to be used with boost and will make tuning a carb under boost just about impossible.

I picked up a turbonetics carb hat for $75ish 2 months ago. Everything even fits under the stock hood! It's on the 89 Camaro, Accel Pro-ram intake, Force EFI 4 barrel throttlebody. Everyone else wanted twice as much...
