No, its not a third gen...its a Factory Five Cobra Replica powered by a blown LT1! In his words:

Mod List:
355ci stock crank, H-beam rods, TRW pistons,
9.3:1, CNC heads, Inconol
exhaust valves.
Vortech T-Trim (7"/2.5" pullies), ATI 3 core air
to air intercooler,
3.5" plumbing with custom cast/machined elbows.
SX fuel system (-8,-6), 50# MSD injectors
T-56 6 sp trans, Independent rear with '01 Cobra
aluminun center
section, Trac-Loc, 3.27 gears.
Dual piston PBR calipers Front, single piston PBR
(mark VIII) rear
brakes.
Custom 1.75" headers by Newton Frasier (Exhaust
Wizard)
F-body content: Motor, Trans, Motor Mounts,
Tranny mount, Motor mount
perches, Chassis wiring harness, Engine wiring
harness, ECM, Radiator,
Dual Fans, Horns, Light switches, Drive shaft
yolk, Shifter, Stock
clutch assembly modified for manual pull style
actuation, and probably a
handful of small items here and there... This
replica was never intended
to use F-body content, somebody had to do it...
