N2O - 150hp shot --> 250 shot ?'s
I am currently running the NOS 5151 150hp kit. I have the older style kit with dual fogger nozzles in the TB plate (not a bar). My new mill will handle a 250 shot very safely.
I would like to know if I will need to upgrade the jetting AND solenoids or if the solenoids that come with the kit will work at that power level.
If anyone can help me with the correct N2O and Fuel nozzle sizes for 250hp level that would be appreciated also.
Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't bet my motor on it. NOS has a tendancy to give you ONLY what you need. NX on the other hand, gives you monster solenoids for a 75 shot. One reason why they're more expensive.
i cant help you with jet sizes,sorry.
The Powershot solenoids are pretty much spent at the 150 shot.
plus the -3 lines will be a restriction when going above 150.
i would look into upgrading the solenoids and lines to the nozzles.

lol - well i am drooling over your 12 bolt... that will be the new weak link. I am not going to try DR's until i know i can afford the new rear.
What n2o setup are you running?

the 12 bolt was an expensive ****....but its one of the best investments i've made....dont have to worry about it much
383backinblack, What nitrous system are you going to use? I have been working on a friend's car and we are about to spary it about 250. I am thinking about a Nitrous Works kit. Also what type of fuel system do you have and what type of fuel are you going to run on nitrous? Thanks for the info.

as far as nitrous.....most likely NOS.....as ive seen alot of great setups guys have built on their equipment at the track....and the versatility is a little better it seems
That NOS plate system your using is safe to use below 150 shot only. Anything larger and you will have fuel distribution problems in the front cylinders (1,3,2,4). The larger you go on the fuel jet, the worse fuel puddling will be. In other words, the front cylinders have a good chance of leaning out. For TPI style manifolds, I've always used direct port kits.
