S/S flanges

I could do it, but s/s is ussually much higher than carbon steel. The resons is that 1/2" stainless steel has a higher cost and is much more difficult to cut than any carbon steel or 3/8" S/S. Our laser machine makes cuts 1" long in 1/2" thick S/S in about 10-15 minutes using nitrogen as coolant and to remove any oxygen around, making it very expensive to cut. If you want stainless steel flanges I could do them in 3/8" thick. Let me know.

3/8" Steel exhaust flanges

The steel flanges I make dont have the square hole as the exhaust ports have. The reason for this is because the pipe that is welded to make the headers is round. My tecnique, is after all welding has been done I grind the round hole matching it to the heads square hole. I also have square hole flanges, but never had used them, because is has more work to do than the ruond hole flange. I could sell either the square or round hole flange, just specify which one you want with no extra cost. Price is $90.00 each. I just wanted let know what is better for fabricating your own headers. I also have turbo TO4 flanges, square or round, wastegate for Tial, Turbonetics, or Innovative. I also do custom jobs, anything. Want emblems;
