Twisted Wedge Heads?

iv'e heard that i can't use my tric flow, twisted wedge heads with a supercharger. is this true??? if so what about nitrouse?

i have them on my car works ok with my setup upgrade the spring.

what kind of supercharger are you using? im lookin into vortec.

I do not see why you could not use them with a blower???? What issues do you think you may have? One suggestion, If you are using over 8psi, get your block setup so you can put the rubber O rings around each piston! I was blowing gaskets left and right once I got over 8psi, then, went to the O ring method and it solved my issues.

there was an issue in High Performance Pontiac where they discussed that issue on old GTO's. they used a similar method with steel rings around the cylinders to help stop from blowing the head gaskets all the time.

Yea, I am using thoes gaskets currently. I think theyare felpro 1010's? Not sure? But they work awsome!

Just so you know, if your blowing head gaskets at only 8psi you most likely have a tuning problem thats causing detonation. Without detonation the stock head gaskets should hold up fine. Hell mine hold up well at 27psi and I have 1 less bolt per cylinder.

I was running 14psi, then had the problem of blowing gaskets. Got the right gasket's and never again!
