ok i am gonna scrap that idea, because i figured in all the fittings to convert 1/8" to 4AN fitting for the y-pipes, plus the y-pipes and the hose, and the four jets and the fogger, and price wise it wont be worth it even though that w*ould be a cool setup

so i am gonna stick with the nos tbi plate.

both jegs and summit sells it for 232.99..

and my local shop wants 308.99 lmao but if i can bring in something saying the 232.99 price, they will price match and beat it by 5%.

anyone know where i can get this cheaper?

also, i need to tap into my fuel line for the fuel solenoid, i know that near the driver valve cover, the fuel line has a part i can disconnect and prolly stick a tee fitting their. anyone know the size of our fuel line? (im assuming i would have to tap into the line going to the TBI, not the return line)

Yeah it works on the fuel side only for the most part. I only know it *works because I have 1 piece on my system only because I was shorted a piece in my kit.

*I buy the right parts but in a pinch or lack of proper *

I wouldn't put a T-fitting off your main fuel line to your fuel soleniod. When the soleniod is activated it will probably cause your fuel to go lean to the TB. Causing a lean condition then I expect some stuff to break. I'm not sure how NOS tells you to run fuel to the fuel soleniod but I'm pretty sure Ting off your main line isn't the greatest idea.

where should i run the fuel from then?

how does it usually work on a wet system?

maybe the return line?

edit, i just checked and nos does say to tap the main fuel line.

however since i know ours can come unbolted over the passenger valve cover, i want to unbolt that and stick a Tee fitting in their

i checked over my fuel lines today and i noticed that the fuel line turns into a rubber hose for about a foot before bolting to steel hose again. this is very convienient. anyone know what im talking about? sorry if i dont make much sense, but if you follow your fuel line over the driver valve cover, you will see where it turns into a rubber hose.

i think i will just cut this hose (AFTER releasing pressure) and stick a t fitting in their for a 1/8" hose

anyone have any information to offer about this procedure?

The main rubber line is a 3/8'' hose. Just get a T-fitting that is 3/8 on each end and then 1/8'' outlet in the middle.

A fuel pressure gauge fitting would work for this. You could splice that into the rubber line then run your metal fuel soleniod line from that.
