installed Sr on new blower motor BUT
I really want to get my Blower motor up and running,...BUT:
I just put together my superam, which took forever, and when I went to lock the injectors in to the fuel rail with the injector clips/locks,...one broke. I think the only way to change it is pull the whole superam apart and take off the fule rail again. I really don't want to do that...Is there another way? Or can i get a c-clip that size or maybe even just leave it off completely. Is is that important? the injector seems to be seated tightly,. it's just a little easier to move from side to side.....but the wire harness holds it in pretty good. The injector won't be able to move up and down without the clip will it???? it seems seated well. Do I really need it? thanks

The locks keep the injector from moving up and down. I have run with 1 of them missing for several year with no problem. Just make sure the injector is at the same height as the others.
Im confused as to how you have the SR together and are jsut now putting the injectors in??? I mount the runners then put take abart one end of the fuel rail and put the whole assembley on. With one end of the fuel rail apart it will fit down past the runners with the injectors on.

yeah, it's the exposed 7th cyl injector that is missing the clip, so i can get to it. the injectors are in, i modified a c-clip to make a injector lock.
