I've got a 2.8 V6 in my 86bird, what cars would have a kickass turbo to fit my car.

 

For a good street turbo on the 2.8, I would look for a Garrett T3 with the 60trim compressor and a .63A/R turbine housing (stage 1 or 2 wheel would be fine).

These turbos can be found on some mid-late '80s manual trans T-Bird Turbo Coupes.

The 2.8 works quite well with boost because of a lower compression ratio (8.9:1). I got my turbo Z24 2.8 into the 13's with the 2.8, then swapped in a 3.4 and went deep into the 12s!

You need to do a lot of research before you dive into turbocharging though- the way you asked your question I can tell you got a lot of research to do yet!
