Google "Donny Hastings". You may find some really interesting ProCharger stuff there. Donny has a badass thirdgen that run's 8.19 @ 170mph with an F2. He's using Procharger's SBC Cog bracket, but you can run the same setup with a serpentine belt.

Here's a couple that I found.

Oops, I guess he running 6.50s now with an F3A.

I just purchased a D1sc (waiting for it to arrive- upgrading from p600b). Also neighbor/friend has a D1sc on his '91z, so I'm familiar with them. Here is my $.02:
-I would recommend a cog drive set up to eliminate any belt slip
-I think an "f" series is better match than "d" @20+ psi
-You do not need to change to serp set up- ati offers stand alone s/c bracket that bolts to ds head (what I have- I feel is stronger than my friends whick bolts to serp set up). acces will run off v-belt
-need bigger injectors and totally upgraded fuel system. Friends went static by 5500rpm (no fmu-388 with 15lbs)
-comp ratio ok
-je makes good blower pistons, sound like stock zz4 crank and rods- those are decent, but not for 20lbs
-other machine work to look into- o-ring the heads, head and main studs
-could probably run speed density (w/ GN map sensor)(mine is carb- friends is stand alone "FAST" system- which I would recommend at those power levels.

Basically there is alot that needs to be done, and done right, to run 20+psi. Think things through and contact ATI. Not sure of your power/ ET goals but may be aiming a little high with set-up you have. But best of luck to you.

Thanks
Matt

another thing, the D1SC doesnt "start off" at 15 psi. it "starts off" making boost according to whatever pulley setup you run. many ls1 guys are running the D1SC and only makin 6-10 psi on stock engines.

like the above guy said, im not sure what rods you have but if they are stock powdered i beams, i would upgrade to some forged h beams or even drop the dime and go with pauter x beam rods. i believe the stock zz4 crank is 4130 forged so that should be pretty decent. injectors will need to be bigger and i dunno if 48 lb'ers will be enough for 20psi. have you thought about a bypas valve or blow off valve yet? exhaust considerations? tuning? im not sure what the limits of the stock fuel rails are either.

one last thing that some may not suggest is gearing. i see WAY too many people run a gear ration like they would in an NA car. with boost you shouldnt need really steep gears. let the power adder do the work. not the car.

again you may have thought about all this but this is just off the top of my head.

i have 89 ta with a 383 and s-trim pushing 10# maxed out. i am running 48, that is what i would start with for injector size at minium. if you do the fuel pump intank and have a inline, or change to a external pump.

before you run that big of injector, you should get a chip burned for them. if you put 48's in, you should do the pumps at the same time. my car didn't idle with the holley inline and the stock pump. i had to replace the intake with a walbro. some of my friends are running 42's and have alot more room left. they are little smaller setups and they are ok. with that kind of boost make sure you have some kind of intercooler system, if you don't that motor will go real fast.
