...this one is how I have to modify the turbo header to keep the smogg pump . I have to cut off the wastegate pipe and , weld it to the other header were I made the big read mark ( photostudio sux ...so be nice )

Have a nice day

please don't put the wastegate there..... i'll explain why.... if you put it there you are letting pressure out on one side before they combine, this will cause a backflow of exhaust and also put more pressure on one bank of cylinders, bbs put it there for a reason.... please reconsider that by possibly putting it on the other side of the original pipe.

Edgardo suggected it to me in an email to put it on the other header pipe like that . Thats why he told me to put it in the part were the 4 pipes converge on the passenger side header. I would love to keep it on the drivers side but the smogg pump is in the way and I have to keep all the emmisions stuff. So let me see if I understand you .

You think that this will create reversion in the exhaust ? What if the inlet of the wastegate was pointed slightly away from the flow . As to only let the full exhaust preasure effect it's operation. Kinda how I got it drawn ( horribly I know ) pointing upwards a bit.

Thanx alot man . I appreciate the heads up BTW .

well i guess if you have to do it then you should point it down as to help with flow through that bank of cylinders....
