Has any one else had this problem?

Hey, i just got my procharger on and man does that thing run... well anyways i was kinda hoping someone would have a suggestion on how to fix my problem.
The oil is shooting up out of the dipstick, i'm thinking its the pressure from the crank case so i took out the PCV sensor and replaced it with something much less restrictive but its still shooting out when i get on it.

I can provide the model etc. if that would help but i would like to have this problem solved, cheaply if possible "crosses fingers"

Locate the Crankcase vent tube on the passenger side valve cover. This hose routes up to a nipple on the throttle body housing. Disconnect this hose at the throttle body and rotate hose so that it vents to atmosphere underneath A/C accumulator. Cap the Throttle body nipple with a rubber cap or something.

Locate the pcv valve on the driver side intake manifold. Remove the hose from the pcv and the nipple on the intake manifold. cap the manifold nipple with a rubber cap or something. Attach a 3/8" X 16" hose to the pcv valve and route just inside the drivers side frame rail. This hose also vents to atmosphere.

Hopes this helps....
Guess ill be the one doing it tomorrow anyway.



Alright now for the question we really need answered,

The car is not idleing right. It starts going up and down and then almost dies and then comes back and idles great for a while and then does it all over agian. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Yes, this happened to me too. It was the fresh air inlet to the passenger valve cover. I just have it venting to the atmosphere and plugged the t.b. nipple. Everything was fine after that.

Thanks for the help, i reread my procharger guide and found out somethings to do to decrease that pressure.

Idle problem with a SC? Has to be an air leak somewhere. There is little or no boost at idle, so it's not the SC.
