Torque convertor for 700R4 with boost?
Well this may be the wrong place to ask, but what TC are some of you running with boost. I am currently running a TCI Sat Nite Special with LU. I'm not really excited over the performance and thinking about swapping it out.

Thoes are cheap converters. Depending on power you might want to look at one with anti balloning plates. Also when do you think your engine will see boost? You might want a looser converter. like 3000 stall or something. So it will put you in your power band

Car is done and driving, 10lbs @ 6000 rpm on a nicely built 383. It feels like the TC can't hold the power, trans is well built, all the goodies. I just think the TC is weak. Where can I find out about a vigilante?

I've had good results with Yank converters. They're not cheap, though.

I have an Art Carr Billit 3200 lockup converter. Works great. But it cost a pretty penny. $800

Lots of money but money well spent, IMO!
