Best Bang For Buck??
I have a 350 punched .030 over, T-5 with 4.10 gears. Single 4barrel carb, dual plane intake manifold, supercomp headers with a flowmaster exhaust. I'm not sure what my compression is. Should I get a tunnel ram with dual 450's, a weiand 142 blower, or a blow through carb set up from procharger. The tunnel ram setup is about 650 for the whole shebang from summit. The procharger is around 2300 from precision racing and the blower is 1500 from summit. Is the extra 1000 to 1500 dollars gonna give me soooo much more horsepower than a tunnel ram?? HELP!!

screw both of them and get a hitman kit. Make more power w/ less money and head aches. http://www.nitrousexpress.com/Pages/HolleyHitman.htm
Buy from a dealer, not from NX. The prices on their site are rediculous.
But if you have to choose between a blower or all motor car, then I personally like the look of a tunnel ram. Furthermore, if I got blown, it would be at least a 8-71. If you have the money for a procharger, then go for it, but you're compression will limit how much boost you can use.

Tunnel ram
Where does you motor start making power?
Unless it starts making power at 5000 rpms. tunnel ram is worthless.
I would go to a single plane intake and put it on the juice.

I heard the same thing from a friend of mine about the tunnel ram not being worth a damn unless your at real high rpms. What's the best cam for a juice set up? Do I have to spend a fortune on the bottom end to withstand the big squeeze??

I guess you have to ask your self how fast you want your car to be. Your bottom end could withstand 150 shot. But that all depends on how much you use it.

And don't worry too much about a n2o cam. It won't make that big of a difference w/ a 150 shot.

If you really want to get wild with nitrous you can build a fuel system for it. I think I might do that next summer.

I wouldn't bother unless you plan on running well over 150. Like 200+. I have a dedicate fuel system for my jug, lemme know if you have any questions.
