I need some advice. I want to make my friends 91 tbi camaro run like a champ or at least be able to beat a few 5.0 'stangs. My plan is removing EVERYTHING unnessesary under the hood. A/C, smog pump, condenser, wiper motor, EVERYTHING not needed. My plans are high flow exhaust, high flow intake, cam, maybe heads. My problem is that I'm thinking of converting to carb. They say it's easier since I'm stripping it of everything. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

 

i think your in the wrong part of the forums...lol...go to the tbi forums and post and u will get the same answer to stay w/ fi...especailly if a daily driver.

 

Yes take this to the TBI board, yes stay EFI 5.0's are push overs in stock form
