Twin turbo?
I am building a new motor for my GTA this winter and I have always wanted to build a turbo or twin turbo small block for the street. I race on the weekends but I love driving my car to much to make her a "trailer queen". I am planning on a 355 with about 8:1 compression if I go boosted, Edelbrock E-Tec 200 heads, Edelbrock Super Victor, .533/.555 lift .254/.264 duration @.050 with a 112 lobe center. I am planning on a full forged bottom end and possibly copper head gaskets. My questions are, does the cam sound right for a turbo application? I fnot could someone suggest a better one. Will a big single turbo perform better then two smaller ones? Will I gain anything from running a 6" rod? Also, what size carb should I run for a good starting point. I have built a couple of turbo cars with some friends but all of them have been turbo from the factory so i am starting from nothing. There are no turbo small blocks on the street where I am from and i would like to blow some minds when I bring it out to cruise. Thanks

I'll be using my stock camshaft for my turbo setup. You don't want a cam that's too big. In most cases the stock camshaft works perfectly, and even better than an aftermarket cam.
Check out these turbo kits:
