need more boost

I have a supercharged 383, and I have a vortech s-trim. my problem is at about 4300 rpms my boost stays at 8#. the old motor I woudl see it climb all the way to 6000. If I got a t-trim could I get 15# of boost with an intercooler?

thanx

could be a simple case of belt slippage at higher rpms....figure out the bugs first before dumping money, the vortech S-trim can make "decent" boost.

I am sure the belt is not slipping. One of buddies has the same step up and his car does the samething. He only sees 7#. That is with water injection.
