The Bird finally made a pass...
Was just a "drive" down the track, left under part throttle, and layed it to the floor when in third gear. Resulted in a 9.17 @ 158. After that run, we were having troubles keeping th s/c belt on, so we packed it up and called it a night.

Here you may go back Saturday. I might be able to head down for a few hours to see that 8 second pass

 

Saturday is a go if the belts come in time. They are on the way, and should be here Friday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
