which head gasket?

Hello,

My brother and I are going to build 2 turbo's on his 327ci Nova.
Now we are wondering about which head gasket we would use?
Copper, Multi-layered steel?
Is it also possible to O-ring the head only?
Or isn't this neccesary when we are going to run 15-20lbs, with a good head gasket?
