Thast kind of a broad question . What do you want ? Is this a new motor ? Lots of stuff defines what is best for you .

For FAR less than you'd spend on a turbo or supercharger, you can install a direct port nitrous system and run 11's anytime you want.
Making the power wont be the problem with nitrous... keeping the car in one piece will be. At the very least you'll need a built transmission, and you'll need an upgraded fuel system... but you'd need those no matter which power adder you chose.

I would be very impressed if you could do twin or single JY for less than $500. My current work in progress JY setup with intercooler will come out to $1200. And yeah, I am a cheapie when it comes to car stuff. The twins alone were only $100. The rest is other stuff. That is excluding the TIG I needed for the JY intercoolers.
