Sad day for me:( my car is sold.........

I know not all of you know me, but some do. I had ben contemplating selling my ar for a while. Well I got a call a few days ao from a guy in arkansas. He said he is going to fly out and take a look at it. Well he came out today and looked at it. We talked for about an hour or so and then he said well........ I want the car here is a deposite and I will give the rest to you after delivery.

I was kinda shocked. I sold the car as a roller. No motor , trans, nitrous, fuel pump, ignition, or exhaust. I got a far price for the car, but I am going to miss it terribly.

For thsoe who dont know me here is my car. it has run a 5.91@118.50 in the 1/8th mile on one stage of nitrous. I never got to make a clean pass with both stages on. It has been a 9.07 in the 1/4 @149mph. The best 60ft the car ever got was a 1.32 on the back tires....

What about the engine? Do you still have it? I don't remember the specs but I remember the Vizard cam. Is it for sale?

Nahh. I have been trying to sell that thing for a long time now.. You want it???? its got a new gm nose, body is straight, no motor, trnas, or rear. Interior i rough, but all plastic is good. it would be great for a race car... 350.00 takes it....

I may be interested in the motor. What did it run n/a and how much were you spraying? What are the rings gapped at (how much jug can it hold)?

It ran 10.50's - 10.60's on the motor with a nitrous cam and converter, and only 3.70 gears. I had the rings setup for 350 and less. The motor itself can take that all day long no problem. Just dont get greedy with the Nitrous tune. I always ran mine safe and not on the edge. Ring gap is 30 on the top ring and 28 on the second ring....

Still interested, but I wouldn't be needing the carb, probably not the intake either. Would you be willing to knock off some for those two things? If someone wants the whole thing, by all means, sell it whole.

Do you have the other flow numbers on those heads? Who ported them? Pics?

yeah I can keep the intake and carb.. After I got them from afr I had scott from coupe performance port them. He does a lot of work for many racers here in ga.. to name a few Tim Matherly "world record mod motor" Brad Brand " mph record in 10.5 outlaw" and many more. I do not have my sheet with all o the numbers from 100-700 lift. here are some head pics....

So there's no chance of me getting flow numbers? Just peak #'s at .700?
