1) Yes, thick wall tubing and good aftermarket turbos
2) Yes, if not tuned properly.
3) Yes, if set up properly.
4) Yes, fuel management & ignition timing.

All power adders require additional tuning. It is not just a bolt-on kit. It is bolt-on parts. The fuel & timing needs to be adjusted after that.

I think a few people around here are running the BBS kits. Use the search tool and "BBS designs". You will find a lot more detailed info.
Thinking of going turbo?

I have their race single turbo header and I have nothing but good to speak of its quality. Fitment is A-1 and I dont think it is possible to break the piece, my *** its probably the sturdiest thing ever to go on a GM vehicle!

You won't get 600hp from thier kit on a stock engine....
Intercooler would also be extremely helpful....

I've not seen or heard one bad thing about them, so once your engine gets rebuilt for more power, you should be good...

There are a few pics on here... Willie has a nice one....

I'm debating between either bbs single or twin turbo and procharger...

Alot of ducting for twin turbo setup, air in turbo, compressed air out, to intercoler, to engine (2 of those if twin turbo), plus down pipe for exhaust...

Gotta run oil lines for turbo's too...

Procharger, oil is self contained on sc models (no oil lines), intercooler included, etc...

It all depends on what you call their "kit". I think the 600HP marketing is what the turbos & headers are capable of flowing. Not that it is a bolt on 600HP kit. I think I looked a while ago and the "kit" didn't include a compressor pipe. True?? In that case the kit would be good for "200HP". That is, not boosted at all.

With an intercooler and proper fuel & timing. I don't see why it wouldn't make 600HP. The only thing that always struck me as odd is the wastegate flange placement. The wastegate exhaust is flowing out of the same pipe that cyl. number two is pushing in exhaust. A strange change of events when the wastegate is open.

I know their single kit is good, so i would asume their twin kit is good too.

Not a big deal, you can pretty much turbocharge any gas/diesel/etc engine. No car?? Got any old lawnmowers kicking around. You couldlearn a lot before you get a car. Practice makes perfect.
