NEW and LAST BBS Designs Twin Turbo Race Kit with all options!

I just received my BBS Designs Twin Turbo Kit today. Sadly the Fiancé found out about it. She’s not happy at all that I would buy something without asking first and is now making me sell it to cover cc debt. I just literally took this kit out of the packing and snapped shots of it today. Edgardo tells me I should try to keep it as it’s now a collector’s item. This was the very last complete kit that was made and sold to the public.

The following is the contents of the original kit off BBS Designs OLD website. Mine has been upgraded in several areas, which I provide information below.
BBSDesigns Race Twin Turbo Kit for up to 1200 hp Inludes;
1. All laser cut, 3/8" thick steel flanges, 1/8" wall thickness pipes twin turbo headers all TIG welded and painted in black. Ceramic coating option available.
2. Two brand new 62-1 turbochargers with tangential "O" trim .68 A/R turbine housing and "V" band attachment. Ceramic coating available.
3. Two polished stainless steel 3" dia downpipes with "V" band attachment all TIG welded and stainless steel clamps.
4. Two brand new Turbonetics racing aluminum billet wastegates with stainless steel main body and steel discharge pipes installed.
5. Hardware; header bolts, turbocharger nuts, wastegate bolts and nuts, header gaskets, turbocharger gaskets and wastegate gaskets.

This is the same kit that BBS had listed on their website, but I opted for coated headers and housings. This would have been almost $500 on top of their regular retail price ($5000 Shipped). This should hopefully stop rust and give the user a long lasting finish.

The wastegates have also been upgraded to DeltaGate Mark II’s, which allow same performance as the Evolutions. Edgardo told me you can also use the set nut to precision adjust the units without pulling them apart to do the springs and shims like the Evolutions. Theses alone retail $250 each from Jeg’s, two are included in the kit. I also have both bags that contain the springs and various fittings to go with these.

This kit contains twin Master Power 62mm turbos that have the exhaust housings coated.

The headers are very nice looking. My pictures do not do them justice. The entries and exits have all been cleaned up nicely giving a smooth finish. The flanges are 3/8” thick steel and SCH 40 (1/8") wall thick pipes with a high flow 4-1 collector. These are TIG welded. There is also polished Stainless Steel piping with band attachments for the down pipes.

This kit is completely brand new I did not even remove the tape over the oil feed holes.

[B]No longer for sale. It will be listed on eBay.[B]

The following is off BBS Designs OLD Website:
“**Notes; This is a universal Kit, some modifications may be needed for installation. Not intended to be used on vehicles with operating A/C. Serpentine belt/pulley equiped engines will need some modifications to install. Shorty style spark plugs are needed (Summit Racing offers them, part# for Accel's brand is; ACC-0576S). Twin turbo headers where designed for straight plug heads, not guaranteed that will fit any angled plug heads. The BBSDesigns Universal Race Twin Turbo Kit can be used on EFI or carburated engines. BBSDesigns is not responsible for any material damage or injury that this product may cause.”

Sounds like it might be cheaper to keep the twin setup than what it's gonna cost you in the long run

Good luck!
