Went 12.05 with the procharger but the crank is knocking. What to do?

Went 12.05 with the procharger but the crank is knocking. What to do?
Should I rebuild my short block and if so what enhancment shold I do to make it hold the supercharger but still keep it drivable. Or does anyone make an assembeled shortblock that will work?
