Using March Performance pulley kits

I have a 1986 305 Iroc. I am looking to install ATI supercharger. Does anybody know of a kit from March Performance that you can use to change to serpentine pulleys that would also work with the supercharger mounting bracket. If anyone already has a kit from ATI could you tell me where exactly the procharger bracket bolts to. Any help would be appreciated.

Irocz335,

i am in the process of installing ATI D1sc kit on my 88 iroc...(5.7 liter)...i had the march power and amp pulleys(powder coated aluminums) on my engine but had to remove them and install the stock pulleys because they threw off the belt alignment for the supercharger.....your best bet would be to go find a junk 88 to 92-305 or 350 camaro and use all the brackets, pulleys, a/c compressor and lines...and waterpump(reverse rotation)...to do the conversion...

As far as the bracket...it gets mounted to the long bolt going thru the bottom off the alternator and one bolt goes into the cylinder head and one into the block...it's hard to decribe...if you go to my webpage you can see a few pics of the bracket

hope this helps ya...

I contacted March performance and they said they don't make a kit in a similar configuration to stock for 88-92. I quess I can go with stock and powdercoat for looks. Thanks for the tip with the pulleys ,maniac.

Hey,Maniac, how are things comming along?IrocZ335,your best bet is to scour the junkyards for the 2 front motor brackets that hold the accesories. You can also find if you are lucky the AC delete pully to fill the ac compresser area if you are not running the ac.I have the pullys for all the accesorys, the crank pully, spring loaded tensioner, water pump pully, and poer steering pully, and the power steering pump.think yours is the same though.Where are you from?I know a yard right in my area the last time I checked had the front accesory brackets,it was an 88 305 tbi.Let me know If i can help you.
