3rd Gear Bog...Please help!
3rd Gear Bog...Please help!
Today was the first day for me to use my n20. I got my car all ready, took out the aftermarket chip, retard the timing, I have a 255ltr fuel pump. I waited untill 2nd gear to hit the n20 (125 shot, around 700psi), and 2nd gear felt great, stronger than ever, and I hit 3rd, and it was like I was standing still, no ***** at all, just bogged like a b*tch. What could cause this? Name them all, I'll check em all. Thanx

Whooo... just a hair rich there eh!?
Also just a thought, If you haven't changed your fuel filter quite recently you may want to. Most people forget to do this and as flow is restricted from the filter slowly getting clogged it will cause a lean condition and start BBQing piston tops. When you increase the fuel demand as much as nitrous use does, a filter that would have flowed more than enough fuel before nitrous suddenly becomes a restriction when you exceed its ability to pass fuel.

I replaced it recently, but I will more than likely replace it again with one that can eaither be cleaned (if there is such), or just a highflow gas filter, designed for the nitrous applications...eh? But thanx for the advice bro...
