what is the cost to refill nitrous how long does it last

How much does it usually cost to fill a 10lb tank. How long will the tank last with my setup.

Transmission: Art Carr built Th700r4
I've seen it as cheep as $2/pound and as much as $5/pound. Average most places is about $3 or $4 a pound. Depending on jet size you'll probably get about a dozen to 15 runs or so per fill.

I pay 2.75 per pound, run 125 shot, and get about 8 full runs....the first ones always the fastest, being that my bottle is at max pressure.
