Oil line sizing/setup question for turbos.

What size should I make the lines, both into the turbos and returns. Should the return line be smaller than the input or larger?

Should I:
1. Run the lines from just the tap in the front of the block (just above the timing cover) and Y it off to both turbos.
2. Run it from the one tap, through both turbos in series, and then to a single return.
3. Use the tap above the timing cover, AND the one behind the intake manifold, and run one to each turbo?

Jester,
I ran mine from the tap in the rear of the block (behind the intake manifold) through a -4AN tee (I think the tap was 1/4" or 1/8" NPT) and ran -4AN lines to each turbo. -3AN is only about 1/8" dia inside, which would not supply enough oil (IMHO). The drains are almost more important than the feeds. It must be very free flowing, and empty into open space - i.e. above the oil pan oil level, and not into oil. Otherwise, the oil doesn't flow through the turbos as easily, and you'll start to get coking on the hot bearings and eventually blowby. I ran -1/2" NPT fitting to a -10AN line, draining vertically down into a 1/2" NPT 45 deg fitting (welded two bungs, huh huh huh) to the front corners of the pan. I hope this helps!
