cam and turbo questions

first off i am building a 406 single turbo ta. it will have a converted intake and dart heads. i am looking into a turbo now and dont know the size i want or need thinking a 76 up to maby a 88. and the cam is a nother issue. how do i chose 1 or who is a good engine builder a can go to for help on that? moderators can you 2 please help me?

For a drag car...go with the 88 with a T6 hot side...imo...

ya but wil it still be good on the street or will it have to much lag
