Moving to Power Adder board. You may want to post this in the General Engine board also.

bad camaro RS,

I would recommend at least one step colder preferably two steps colder then stock. Ideally as cold of plug as you can run with out fouling them under normal driving conditions. Stick with a standard style plug there is no need for the HYPE plugs. Depending on how much NOS you are going to spray depends on how much plug gap. I would start at the factory gap and work your way up in .005 increments. There is not a need to exceed .065.

Thanks,

Joe

it is easier to powertune with a very wide gap of .050 or a little more because when you reach the lean limit the misfires will be more obvious. Then you tighten the plugs down to around .033 or tighter to eliminate the misfires.
A colder plug will reach a higher power level without detonation.

The hotter burn you have in the chamber, the colder you want to go with the plug.
