How much N2O is too much for me?
I am getting the setup in my sig. put in soon and am hoping for @ 420 HP N/A and some solid 12 second runs, I am keeping the stock shortblock though. How big a shot of nitrous could I add w/out ruining the shortblock with the new setup? If I added some forged pistons, would I be able to go higher or would I need to replace the rods and crank too?

I would keep it under 150hp to be safe. Be careful of your fuel pressue, timing, and revs and you should be ok. In order to really beef up the motor for nitrous, you need to do the whole thing to eliminate any weak areas: forged crank, forged rods, forged pistons, 4 bolt block...
