Headers for a formula?

I'm looking for headers for my 89 Firebird Formula. What headers are really good for my TPI 5.7L V8 350? Also, what would it do for my car? Thanks a lot!

Also I wanted to add an air intake, flowmaster stock replacement (80 series), and possibly new injectors? Would this be a good upgrade for my car also, or do you guys have any suggestions on things i can add for performance? Thanks guys, i know this is a lot to ask!

Im running Summit headers, and a flowtech Y-pipe.. if you do a search I did a post a while back on the costs and such. It was like 190.00 for the setup, and it bolts to your cat.. (buy a welder).

And yeah, I'm happy with them..
