What do I need to do to prep my car for nitrous

The cars in the sig. I'm getting headers this winter (just need the money). What do I need to do to be able to have nitrous without beating the crap out of my motor. How much for a kit? What do you think I could run in the 1/4 ?

Short of pulling your engine out, just make sure your igniton system is up to par. New plugs, wires, coil, and an ignition box wiht high speed retard will help.

How big a shot are you planning on jetting?

Hey Omar. What do you think of those Baer brakes? Just looking for opinions over stock.

My brakes were on their way out, so my Baer system was a night and day difference. It has saved my *ss once so far, and once is good enough for me. I will get some pics up soon for ya. I wanted to go with the 13" Track system, but I wanted a hassle free install with my stock IROC wheels. Since I did the full install myself, I didnt want to worry about any shaving/grinding of the calipers.

Fuel!

Got a high flow, high pressure fuel pump (I suggest a Walbro 340M [255lph]), an adjustable regulator, a fuel pressure gauge, and replace the fuel filter frequently. I would suggest a EGT gauge to get the most out of it. Are you going with a wet kit or a dry kit?
