which plugs for Nitrous?

i have a carbed 350 in my bird with edelbrock performer rpm heads, i am going to be spraying a 100 shot through it and wondered what plug i would need now.

the plug in there is a ngk FR5 and i know there isnt an fr6, so what should i got to.

how's the plugs in there now look? right heat range for that motor?
what is the static CR on it?

the plugs that i have now look good, they work good for the motor, they're not white, not black, but i know that i probably ned to go to a colder plug for the nitrous and im not sure the static cr

For a 100 shot I would use the Autolite Racing 3923's. They worked well for me when I was shooting 50-100 shots.
