I have a 86 stroker 383 and its carburetor thats built to handle horsepower so wondering were I might be sitting at on hp with a supercharger and the best supercharger?

your motor as is, is probably a high CR motor, not suited to a blower at all.
You can't just really "throw on" a blower and add a schwack of HP, 'specially not to a nice hot NA motor.

You might need to get some different heads and maybe some thicker gaskets before you decide to run a blower.

add some diff pistons as well and change your ratio to about 9:1 if you only want to run 500 hp
