Re: tpi nitrous kit help
Before you do anything with nitrous, make sure you have a decent fuel pump. I have been looking into the kits at dynotunenitrous.com. they relatively cheap and the are decent kits. I have pretty much heard good things about them. The only downside to their kits is that they don't have the TB plate, but it does have a nozzle. I bought a plate at a swap meet so I am going to adapt it to the dynotune kit.

i was thinking of running the dry set-up but i also read that it should be sprayed before the mass air flow sensor what do you think?

I don't run nitrous. However alot of the guys I know prefer NX Express. If you are going to run a dry kit I wouldn't go with a very big shot. These kits depend on higher fuel pressure with your stock injectors to give the fuel, this is fine at low hp levels but doesn't leave much room to grow. When I finally get around to getting a kit it will be a wet kit. As far as where to spray if you don't use a tb plate then I believe that you should spray within six inches of the throttle body. Upgrade your fuel system. Upgrade your ignition or at least do a tune up. Depending on how big of a shot go with a cooler plug. You may also need to back the timing off. I believe a safe rule of thumb is two degrees for every fifty horse. And the most important thing for running nitrous is research. Good Luck!

niceroc said the same thing that i said. Dynotune is supposed to be good. As for the dry kit, don't do it! Be safe and go with a wet kit. With the wet kit you can spray more without having to worry about blowing your car to smitherines.
