Boost and vacuum regulator problem...
Hi guys!
I’ve just started installing a turbocharger on my 383 Camaro. The problem I ran into is pressure and the vacuum regulator on my TH400 respectively. Turbocharged engine produces pressure inside intake manifold, therefore the vacuum regulator cannot work properly and of course as the consequence, the whole transmission. I therefore need to find a solution to this problem. I would like my transmission to be fully automatic, despite turbocharger installation.
Dana from Pro-Built Automatics advised me a mechanical linkage setup, but I don’t even know what it looks like, so I really don’t know where to start.
