BBC Turbo Question

What size turbo (single) or turbos (twin) would be big enough to sufficiently feed a 454??

Re: BBC Turbo Question

Depends on the mods to the 454, but a single 70mm "new" series inducer should do it. A pair of T4s would work as twins.

Why go with an SC on the big block when a pair of $600 turbos can flow enough air for 2000 BHP?

Re: BBC Turbo Question

well 2000 horsepower seems a little too much for what i'm lookin for, i'm hoping for maybe something around 700-800 hp. i want it to be somewhat streetable so i can have fun with it whenever i want, not just a track car.
