305 twin turbo?
I'm going to make a twin turbo kit for my brothers Z 28 (A vey nice worked 350). The thing is he live in CA and I live in Md so I'm using my 89 rs for making the manifolds. downpipe, and oil lines. Basically get most of the important stuff made so when I get out there all I have to do is put it on and plum up the intercooler to his tpi. My question is how much boost can my stock 305 handle without blowing up?
I want to put the car back to stock once I work out all the bugs with the turbos.

Re: 305 twin turbo?
I have a stock junkyard 1986 305ci TPI with turbos. The last time I took it out with the new exhaust it was at 15 PSI of boost. It is still running. I am turning it down to 8 PSI for the winter when the snow comes and up to 12 PSI for the Summer.
