head gasket advice

I just blew a head gasket. thermo hung up and couldnt get it turned off in time...... I need a little advice here. 383 stroker and im gonna be smacking it with a 175 shot of nitrous .

do i...

A get the best top of line head gasket...MLS Titan..or copper. Something designed to hold up to the abuse.

or

B get the cheapest one that felpro makes. Build in a fail point. Better to pop a head gasket, than blow a motor.

Personally I was gonna go with A but I have a friend that makes a valid point with B.

For as much of a PITA that head gasket changes are, get the best you can get.
