The hot side tubing is 5" and the compressor side pipes are 4". Most of it was quite easy actually

The water pump for my motor. I just used some sheet metal to make a housing around an electric pump that fits an LT1.

And some roll cage bars tacked in place

 

looking good. on my setup my downpipe has been reduced to 4" and it will dump where the cats were. i see your running an a/w setup , i opt for a/a for its simplicity. how did u run the crossover???
